Since July of 2007, Executive Chef Christopher Hain has overseen the culinary
operation of Emilio's. Following his kitchen experience in other
high end dining rooms throughout the Boise area such as, The Gamekeeper,
Arid Club and Hillcrest among others, Chef Hain has brought a wealth
of talent and innovative ideas to his menu. Using a multitude of
local organic and sustainable ingredients as well as the finest northwest
aged beef from Double R Ranch, the increasingly popular Kobe beef
from Snake River Farms and delicious Kurobota pork, you'll find a
