Satori features a variety of made-to-order traditional and innovative sushi items. Tuesday - Friday: 5 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mixed Poki — Fresh Ahi Tuna, Hamachi, Avocado and Tobikko served in a spicy Shoyu Sauce. Fire Roll — Spicy tuna wrapped in avocado and topped with spicy Aioli and chili sauce. Sonomono — A Variety of Fresh Sliced Fish Served over Marinated Cucumbers.
